Colette Peters

In November, I was fortunate enough to take a Colette Peters cake decorating class at the Notter School of Pastry Arts in Orlando. It was a 4 day course which I thoroughly enjoyed and learned so much from this very talented lady who you might have seen on the food network or maybe you have seen one of her cake books. She has written 5 wonderful books with information on how to create some of her beautiful cake designs.
